International Women’s Day represents an important annual reminder of achievement, according to the Women’s Leadership Council—a special volunteer body of Canada’s Chartered Accountancy profession. The special day, celebrated around the world annually on March 8, marks the economic, political and social achievements of women. Women CAs are major contributors to the business, government and not-for-profit sectors in Canada.
