Nexen appoints new CFO

Kevin Reinhart [CA] will assume the role of senior vice-president and chief financial officer effective Jan. 1, 2009… Since joining Nexen in 1994, Reinhart has held the roles of controller, treasurer and most recently, senior vice-president, corporate planning and business development. In these roles he has made a significant contribution to the development of Nexen’s corporate strategies, capital investment programs, reserves and exploration processes, and acquisition and disposition activities.
