The Board of Directors of PCL Construction Holdings Ltd. is pleased to announced the following appointments, which became effective February 1, 2011: Gordon Panas [CA], chief financial officer and Gord Maron, executive vice president. Gordon Panas takes on the role of chief financial officer and is also a board member of PCL Construction Holdings Ltd. He returned to PCL in April 2009 as executive vice president, Finance & Administration, after a period of several years during which he was chief financial officer and chief executive officer of a large mechanical contracting organization.
