Tax Clinic Information Session

The Institute will also hold an orientation session in Edmonton and Calgary to brief volunteers on preparing these kinds of tax returns for those who feel they would benefit from this type of session. Please note that the training sessions will generally qualify as verifiable CPD, as long as new learning is occurring.

The sessions will be instructed by Hugh Neilson CA TEP from Ernst & Young LLP Chartered Accountants in Edmonton. Hugh is also an instructor for the Institutes of Chartered Accountants of Alberta and Saskatchewan CPD program, and has presented at the Canadian Institute of Chartered Accountants' National Conference on Income Tax.

ProFile for Beginners Training Session
