The Practice Review Committee is responsible for assessing completed Practice Reviews and deciding whether those firms do, or do not meet the minimum standards, and the follow-up action to be taken, if applicable.
The Registration Committee has oversight responsibilities for all registrants, and considers applications, maintains communication with registrants, and advises Council on strategy and policy matters.
The Complaints Inquiry Committee reviews investigation reports related to complaints and determines whether to direct no further action be taken, to provide guidance with respect to future conduct or practice, or to refer allegations of unprofessional conduct to the Discipline Tribunal Roster Chair.
