1. Registration Process and Payment Method

All registrations must be accompanied with full payment. Registrations submitted with cheque-to-follow will not be confirmed until the cheque is received. Confirmation letters are sent upon completion of registration.

Due to pre-course requirements and limited spaces, all registrations must be confirmed no less than thirty (30) days prior to the program start date. If you wish to register after this date please contact the ICAA for availability.

Registrants are advised to keep a copy of their initial registration as a reference and should contact the ICAA to verify their confirmed seating at least ninety (90) days prior to the program start date if you have not received a confirmation letter. This registration form is not a confirmation of enrolment.

PLEASE NOTE: Refunds cannot be provided for failure to receive a confirmation. 

2. Changes & Cancellation

To make changes or cancellation to this registration, a written request must be received by ICAA.

The ICAA will issue refunds for cancellation based on the following:
a) More than sixty (60) days before the program start date: A refund less $100 (+ GST) will be granted upon receipt of written notification.
b) 30 – 60 days before the program start date: A refund less $1,300 (+ GST) will be granted upon receipt of written notification.
c) Less than thirty (30) days: No Refund. Full program fees apply.
