If you have a question that you do not see the answer to here, please read our FAQ's.

A couple of suggestions that will ensure that your seminar is an enjoyable and rewarding experience for you and your fellow classmates.
Once you are registered for a given seminar, you will receive a confirmation letter that includes the seminar location. If you do not receive one, please contact the ICAA immediately. If you know you are registered, but do not know how to get to the location, use the following link to instantly go to the maps of the locations that the ICAA has.
Seminar Locations/Facilities
The institute provides seminar material for all seminars. This means the only item you will be required to bring is a pen or pencil. If you are required to bring an item like a laptop, or to do pre-course work, the registrant is notified 10 business days before the seminar what is required of them.
The ICAA strives to provide free and ample parking at all of their seminars.
Our on-site staff stay at the seminar location one half hour past the start time. If you arrive late for your seminar, you must sign, and give to the instructor, the late participant slip that has been completed for you and left on the registration table. If you do not pass this in, even if you attended, you will be considered a "No-Show" and withdrawn from the seminar without a refund, and will not receive the CPD credits for the seminar.
Cell phones are a distraction when in a learning setting, however, we do realize the importance of staying in contact with the office. All participants are asked to please leave their cell phones or PDA's on silent or vibrate when in the class, and to please answer your phone outside and away from the classroom area, as to not disrupt the others.
All full-day and two-day seminars have a small continental breakfast and a lunch of soup and sandwiches. Half day seminars offer a small continental breakfast (if held in the am) and beverages. If you have a food allergy, or do not eat certain foods, please let us know a minimum 3 business days before the seminar start date.
The ICAA includes evaluation forms with all seminar materials. We ask that you please complete the form at the end of your seminar, and give it to the instructor, because the evaluations provide valuable information for the ICAA, to continue to improve the ICAAs Professional Development Program.
If you miss a seminar, you can receive the seminar materials. The ICAA will prepare the material for shipment when it arrives back from the seminar location, but the participant is responsible for picking up the material at our office, or for arranging a courier to pick it up. CPD credits are retained if you receive the material, but are considered non-verifiable.
