If you do not hold a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, you may be able to register under the Mature Student Status. In order to be considered for this category, you must have a combination of five years of business work experience and post-secondary education. For those individuals who hold a CMA or CGA designation and are a member in good standing, or if you hold the Advanced Certificate in Accounting (ACIA) from the Institute of Chartered Accountants of British Columbia click here to find out how you can become a CA.
