Offered exclusively at the University of Lethbridge’s Edmonton and Calgary Campuses, the CA Bridging Program enables you to complete all the business and accounting courses needed for admission to the CA School of Business.
If you have a non-business degree, the Bridging Program enables you to obtain the necessary business and accounting prerequisite courses for admission to the CA School of Business.
If you have a business degree, you may need only a few courses to complete the CASB prerequisites courses.
The program was designed to enable the typical student to complete within 12-16 months, while continuing to work full-time. You take only the courses you need – if you have previous accounting courses, you can complete it more quickly. Courses are offered on evenings and weekends and are taught by experienced accounting professionals.
The program begins in May of each year. However, you can also start in September or January.
Student in the CA Bridging Program can also enroll in English as a Second Language courses specifically developed for accounting professionals and accounting students. These seminars provide an opportunity for participants to practice English in a positive environment while learning the basics of Canadian business culture.

Applicants must have a four-year bachelor’s degree in any discipline.
Applicants whose first language is not English, regardless of citizenship or origin, must meet the English Language Proficiency Requirement. If you are internationally educated, contact the Edmonton or Calgary campus.
