Accommodations

A block of rooms and special rates are available at the Jasper Park Lodge (unfortunately, the JPL is now sold out of rooms for the night of Friday, June 11. We have made arrangements with the Sawridge Hotel in Jasper-see the note below). The rates are as follows:

Deluxe: $309.00
Deluxe with Sitting Area: $339.00
Junior Suite Fireplace: $409.00
Junior Suite Lakeview: $479.00
Lakefront Suite: $589.00
Signature Cabins $589.00 per room

Rates are per night and do not include taxes, service charges (a $12 per night, per person charge to cover porterage, housekeeping, convention and dining services) and levies. The room rates are in effect during the conference and three days before and after conference dates—if you wish to book rooms for the period before or after the event dates or to book an upgraded room (ie., anything other than the Fairmont Room), please do so over the phone and not online. Note: The Jasper Park Lodge is now sold out the night of Friday, June 11. Arrangements have been made with the Sawridge Inn & Conference Centre in Jasper for a special rate of $161.00 (plus applicable taxes) for Thursday, June 10 and Friday, June 11. There will be a special shuttle bus offering transportation from the Sawridge to the Jasper Park Lodge to accomodate participants in ICAA activities. For more on the Sawridge, click here.
